Women charged and sought
ABC agents say they have arrested and charged these women with indecent exposure:
Amanda Ammons (Crazy Horse)
Robin Brown (Baby Dolls)
Brittney Delcont (Paper Doll)
Rebecca Kirkpatrick (Crazy Horse)
Christina Pierce (Gentlemen's Club)
Jessica Smith (Paper Doll)

Arrest warrants for indecent exposure have been filed for these women, who have not been located:
Falon Cooksey (Gold Club)
Tina Debe (Crazy Horse)
Tisha Grimes (Gold Club)
Alyssa Jones (Gentlemen's Club)
Fae Kane (Uptown Cabaret)
Alita Lingerfelt (Gentlemen's Club)
Katherine Merriweather (Leather & Lace South)
Joana Smith (Leather & Lace South)
April Williams (Leather & Lace North)
Shirley Williams (Leather & Lace North)

Authorities have arrested six women and were looking for 10 more Thursday night in an investigation of indecent exposure at Charlotte strip clubs, Alcohol Beverage Control officials say.

All 16 topless dancers are charged with violating a state law that, while allowing topless dancing, prohibits dancers at the adult clubs from performing naked.

"They know that they're not allowed to expose themselves and they did," said Michael Crowley of Mecklenburg's ABC commission. "You're not allowed to remove your bottom."

The recent arrests follow a six-month undercover investigation into eight adult-entertainment clubs, including the city's two Leather & Lace clubs, Uptown Cabaret on Morehead Street, and the Gentlemen's Club on Woodlawn Road, just off Interstate 77. Most of the clubs involved are operated by M.A.L. entertainment, a company owned by Charlotte businessman David "Slim" Baucom.

Crowley said the women removed all of their clothes during table dances on the main floor and in semi-private areas, roped off for customers who pay extra for special dances.

Club employees usually monitor those areas closely, Crowley said. But the investigation found no evidence that owners or managers had encouraged the women's actions, he said, and criminal charges against them were unlikely.

Agents said Baucom cooperated with authorities and provided the real names of some of his dancers.

Baucom and his club managers declined comment Thursday, and the owner of the Uptown Cabaret couldn't immediately be reached.

Chris Fall, owner of the Paper Doll Lounge on Wilkinson Boulevard, said the women from his club denied that they removed all of their clothing.

Fall is upset about the charges, saying the investigation is a waste of taxpayer money, particularly in tight financial times.

"The government, they're bad on money and they're coming after us," Fall said. "Paying (agents) to go to strip clubs... and have a good time."

He said the arrests have hurt his business: "Why run all the business off? You're supposed to be helping businesses, not hurting businesses."

The clubs could face disciplinary action by the state ABC commission, which controls licensing for businesses that sell alcohol.

The investigation was conducted by an ABC agent and a Pineville police officer, who visited adult clubs to see if managers and entertainers were following state laws. Such probes are undertaken periodically, authorities said, and the investigation was not prompted by complaints or evidence of a growing problem.

Crowley compared the operation to other ABC stings, in which the commission sends minors into gas stations and grocery stores to try and buy alcohol and cigarettes.

"We want to make sure that these adult entertainment establishments are following the law," Crowley said. "That's our job."

This operation took six months, tough work if you can get it.

Al Gore Accused of Sexual Assault, Inconvienent

By Tiffany McGee

Thursday June 24, 2010 10:45 AM EDT

An Oregon masseuse filed a complaint last year accusing Al Gore of sexual abuse following a nearly three-hour massage session at an upscale Portland hotel in 2006, reports the Portland Oregonian.

The alleged incident took place at the Hotel Lucia Oct. 24, after the masseuse, 54, was called by the hotel to administer a late night massage to a "VIP" client, who was later identified as Gore, 62, the former U.S. Vice President, senator from Tennessee and Nobel Prize-winning advocate for the environment.

The Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office in Portland confirmed Wednesday that the woman reported unwanted sexual contact by Gore to police in 2006, and the prosecutor’s office was briefed by the Portland Police Bureau in late 2006 and January 2007.

"We were told the woman was not willing to be interviewed by the Portland Police Bureau and did not want a criminal investigation to proceed," Multnomah County D.A. Michael Schrunk said. The woman was reportedly considering suing Gore before last month approaching the National Enquirer, asking for $1 million for her story.

The unidentified woman, who has been a masseuse for 12 years, filed the accusations Jan. 8, 2009, alleging Gore, who checked into the hotel as Mr. Stone and was 30 minutes late for his 10:30 p.m. in-room appointment, sexually assaulted her in his hotel room by forcing repeated, unwanted sexual touches.

"He pleaded, groped me, grabbed me, engulfed me in embrace, tongue kissed me, massaged me, grabbed my breasts," the woman says in her detailed complaint to Portland police officers and posted by the Fox 12 Oregon TV station.

At one point, she says Gore pinned her down, resulting in an injury to her left leg and knee, and which required medical care for several months.

Gore, she says, was so persistent that she called him a "sex-crazed poodle" for being "out of control."

The woman, who says she notified two friends following Gore's alleged groping, also saved the black pants she wore after discovering stains following the session. Since the alleged incident, the masseuse says she has been traumatized, has trouble sleeping at night, and that her work has been "more stressful and frightening since the incident." She is also seeing a specialized counselor.

The woman, who did not respond to several attempted follow-up interviews with police, revealed in the complaint that she grappled with her decision to come forward – even consulting with attorneys – but ultimately decided to do so to protect other women who may have experienced the same trauma.

She told detectives she only wanted "justice" and that her complaint was not an attempt to receive money.

Gore family spokeswoman Kalee Kreider told the Oregonian that the former Vice President has no comment regarding the allegations. After 40 years of marriage, Gore and his wife, Tipper, announced their separation June 1. The Gores also had no comment for PEOPLE.

Duke lacrosse investigator arrested on Delaware charges

Linwood Wilson, former investigator to Durham District Attorney Mike Nifong in the Duke Lacrosse case, was arrested Thursday evening.

Durham County Sheriff's deputies made the arrest at the request of authorities in Delaware, where Wilson was wanted on cyberstalking and obscenity charges related to a domestic-violence incident, said Durham County Sheriff's Department Major Paul Martin.

The Delaware warrant was issued June 10, he said.

Durham deputies made the arrest at Wilson's home about 6 p.m., Martin said. Wilson was taken to the Durham County jail and released on an unsecured $1,000 bond.

Wilson is named in several pending lawsuits stemming from the 2006 Duke lacrosse case, in which three players were accused of rape. The charges were subsequently dropped and the players declared innocent by N.C. Attorney General Roy Cooper.

Obama Caught Lip-Syncing Speech

Illegals claim the Capital lawn in Raleigh NC

These 3 ladies are on a hunger strike to get Kay Hagan to change laws in North Carolina on Illegal Immigration. They are Illegal themselves and carry signs to sy that they are. ICE and the local police seem to be oblivious. The hunger strike started 14 June, and have lost a combined total of 23 pounds. Stupid comments aside, (and I have many,) this seems to indicate cheating.

All three claim to have been brought to the US (with out their permission) as children, and say that since it was not their fault that they are here they should not have to return to Mexico.

It appears that there is a chicken box at their tent. This is not Bobby Sands hunger strike is it?

Bob Etheridge, NC congressman, apologizes for manhandling college student in video

Congressman Bob Etheridge apologized Monday after a video was posted on the Internet that showed him hitting a camera held by one man and grabbing another man by the wrist demanding their names.

Etheridge said “I deeply and profoundly regret my reaction and I apologize to all involved… No matter how intrusive and partisan our politics can become, this does not justify a poor response.”

On reporters' questions, Etheridge said he would not make excuses or lay blame for what happened.

He said the incident happened on a street in Washington after a long day.

I dunno, but that sounds like an excuse Bob.

Isn't funny that the real liberal mind set is peeking through? The party that claims it stands for the little guy is so contemptuous of the little guy. The left does not repsond well with out a teleprompter or a percieved friendly audience. Etheridge never has a town hall where all the guests haven't been invited.

New Policy on Gender Change in Passports Announced

Office of the Spokesman
Washington, DC

June 9, 2010

The U.S. Department of State is pleased to use the occasion of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender Pride Month to announce its new policy guidelines regarding gender change in passports and Consular Reports of Birth Abroad.

Beginning June 10, when a passport applicant presents a certification from an attending medical physician that the applicant has undergone appropriate clinical treatment for gender transition, the passport will reflect the new gender. The guidelines include detailed information about what information the certification must include. It is also possible to obtain a limited-validity passport if the physician’s statement shows the applicant is in the process of gender transition. No additional medical records are required. Sexual reassignment surgery is no longer a prerequisite for passport issuance. A Consular Report of Birth Abroad can also be amended with the new gender.

As with all passport applicants, passport issuing officers at embassies and consulates abroad and domestic passport agencies and centers will only ask appropriate questions to obtain information necessary to determine citizenship and identity.

The new policy and procedures are based on standards and recommendations of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH), recognized by the American Medical Association as the authority in this field.

Child Brides of Hamas

Is this what it appears to be?

...in August 2009...

Hamas sponsored a mass wedding for four hundred and fifty couples. Most of the grooms were in their mid to late twenties; most of brides were under ten.

Muslim dignitaries including Mahmud Zahar, a leader of Hamas, were on hand to congratulate the couples who took part in the carefully staged celebration.

We are saying to the world and to America that you cannot deny us joy and happiness, Zahar told the grooms, all of whom were dressed in identical black suits and hailed from the nearby Jabalia refugee camp.

Each groom received a gift of 500 dollars from Hamas.

The pre-pubescent girls, dressed in white gowns and adorned with garish make-up, received bridal bouquets.

We are presenting this wedding as a gift to our people who stood firm in the face of the siege and the war, local Hamas strongman Ibrahim Salaf said in a speech.

The wedding photos tell the rest of the sordid tale.

The International Center for Research on Women now estimates that there are 51 million child brides now living on planet earth and almost all in Muslim countries.

Twenty-nine percent of these child brides are regularly beaten and molested by their husbands in Egypt; twenty six percent receive similar abuse in Jordan.

Every year, three million Muslim girls are subjected to genital mutilation, according to UNICEF.

Please remember that the man-made-god is giving 900 million dollars of American taxpayer money to Hamas, and that each of the child molesters "marrying" the little girls is getting 500 dollars from Hamas. That's 225 thousand dollars worth of pedeophilia, paid for by the U.S.A.

Open letter to Helen Thomas

From the Jerusalem Post.

An open letter to Helen Thomas

By YORAM DORI 06/07/2010 06:32

In light of your recent remarks that Jews must "get the hell out of Palestine" and "go home," I think I should tell you about my parents' families.

Dear Ms. Thomas, I read on numerous Web sites the remarks attributed to you (and I did not see any denial) that we, the Jews must “get the hell out of Palestine” and “go home” to Germany or Poland. I am convinced that you are aware of the events which took place during the years 1939-1945 but, to be certain, I think it appropriate to tell you a little about my parents and their families.

My mother was sent to Palestine from Germany in 1933 with the rise of the Nazis to power by her farseeing parents. The British blockade, which prevented Jews fleeing the Nazi horrors from entering, made it difficult for her and only the pretext of coming on a tourist visit enabled her to enter and remain alive. Her older sister, Sarah, her husband and three children aged 12, 10 and seven did not succeed in finding a way of coming to Palestine and were sent by the Nazis to Poland and from there, their journey to the Auschwitz gas chambers, was short. I understand that it is there that you wish to send me.

My father, who lived in Austria, also showed resourcefulness and immediately on the German invasion and sailed to Palestine. On the way – again the British blockade – he was forced to throw his passport into the sea so that, heaven forbid, they would not send him back to Austria, another country you wished I was moving to. His older brother and his wife, who did not go with him, were murdered by the Nazis and their collaborators.

My parents, who, as mentioned, with lifesaving initiative, fled from Europe before they were murdered, arrived in a desolated and barren country, worked in orchards, barely supported themselves and, by the way, were happy with their lot. In 1947 upon hearing of the UN resolution on the partitioning of the country, they danced in the streets, even though most of the area of Israel was torn from its sovereignty. For brands who survived the fire, it was enough.

The Palestinians and Arab countries, who gained most of the area, refused to accept the UN resolution and began a war to annihilate us. Only three years had passed since the liberation of Auschwitz and again we – the Jews – faced the danger of annihilation. To our joy, 600,000 Jews were victorious over millions of armed Arabs. It appears that justice has power and strength of its own.

IN THE 62 years of our existence, we have had seven wars, thousands of terror attacks, buses which have exploded in streets, firing into schools, mortars fired on kindergartens. Yet you wish to exile us back to the inferno, as if nothing happened 65 years ago in Europe, as if our hands have not been stretched out for peace since the establishment of the state?

We were victorious in the wars imposed upon us by Egypt and we signed a peace agreement with it after yielding all the territory and all the oil. We signed a peace agreement with Jordan. We yielded all the territory and much water. We withdrew from Lebanon to the international border and, in return, we received Hizbullah katyushas on our citizens. We left Gaza and in return, we received massive firing on our citizens in the South. Are you aware, Ms. Thomas, that many children from Sderot and the area around Gaza wet their beds until a late age out of fear of the Hamas missiles? And it is us that you wish to exile? Why? Because you think that we are weak or because it annoys you that we are not defeated?

As someone, who throughout his adult life has been a member of the Israeli “peace camp,” notwithstanding you and your strange and angering views, my friends and I (and I hope also my government) will continue to turn over every stone and scour every corner to attain peace. Peace, which will enable us to the smallest extent to live and our neighbors, the Palestinians, to establish a country and to flourish and prosper. To achieve this, we are prepared to make great concessions, to give back all the territories gained as a result of wars which our neighbors forced on us. There is only one thing we want in return – life. A quiet life, a life without terror, a life without missiles, a life like the one you have in Washington and which I, in Israel, also deserve.

The writer is an adviser to President Shimon Peres.

Questions about Louisana and the oil spill.

During Katrina various African American speakers rushed to New Orleans to claim, falsely that George Bush had blown up the levy to destroy the homes of the minorities there. It was shown that there was no explosions on the levy.

Yet there was an explosion on the oil rig in the Gulf of Mexico. If a person wanted to make a connection and start a conspiracy theory on could say that any Green Group could have set off this explosion to force up the price of fuel, knowing that the State of Louisiana and the Federal government would pay to clean up the spill.

Louisiana has a Republican Governor. Totally unlike Blanco, who whined that Bush didn't help her for 2 days. Jindal has rolled up his sleeves and is using the modest resources to stop the damage. The president didn't do any thing for almost thirty days. In point of fact he has yet to DO anything now. He is just lost.

Views of the News

Los Angeles County has become the latest government body to boycott the state of Arizona over its new illegal immigration law, The AP reported. On Tuesday night, the county's board of supervisors voted 3-2 to ban new contracts with Arizona-based companies and review those that could be canceled. The Los Angeles Unified School District also voted last night to condemn the law and explore ways of curtailing district-sponsored employee travel and economic support of Arizona and companies based there. U.S. Justice Department officials have drafted a legal challenge asserting that Arizona's law is unconstitutional because it intrudes on the federal government's authority to guard the nation's borders.

Once again we are presented with the mob mentality. Boycotts will not hurt Arizona. A waste of time. ...But it makes them feel good and after all, feeling good is what it is all about, Right?

As the national debate over immigration rages, armed drug smugglers from the Mexican side of a popular fishing lake in Zapata, Texas, have targeted Texan fishermen, demanding drugs and, if that fails, money. The Texas Department of Safety has warned Texas fishermen to stay on the U.S. side of Falcon Lake, the Washington Post's William Booth reports, igniting fears that drug violence could spill over the border and into the United States.

What? That can't be happening. Janet Napolitano is on top of the whole thing.

After telling Jan Brewer the Governor of Arizona he couldn't meet with her because he was just too busy, the realization of just how rediculous that statement was finally dawned on the man-made-god, who has graciously deemed to meet with Governor Brewer.

President Barack Obama will meet with Arizona's governor on Thursday, a White House aide confirmed amid mounting ire over the state's immigration law that critics say encourages ethnic profiling.

"This administration has dedicated unprecedented resources over the past 16 months to fulfill the federal government's responsibility to secure the southwest border," the White House official said in confirming the talks between Obama and Governor Jan Brewer.

Al and Tipper Gore, married 40 years, to separate

Erich Segal will be disappointed that his model couple is no longer a couple. I think he can handle the alimony.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Former Vice President Al Gore and his wife, Tipper, are separating after 40 years of marriage that included a White House run when their sunny relationship offered a counterpoint to President Bill Clinton's philandering.

According to an e-mail circulated among the couple's associates on Tuesday, the Gores said it was "a mutual and mutually supportive decision that we have made together following a process of long and careful consideration."

Gore spokeswoman Kalee Kreider confirmed the statement came from the Gores, but declined to comment further.

The Gores were telling friends they "grew apart" after 40 years of marriage and there was no affair involved, according to two longtime close associates and family friends, who spoke on the condition of anonymity.

The associates said the Gores, over time, had carved out separate lives, with the former vice president on the road frequently. One of the associates said: "Their lives had gotten more and more separated."

Al Gore lost the 2000 presidential election to Republican George W. Bush. He has since campaigned worldwide to draw attention to climate change, which in 2007 led to a Nobel Peace Prize and an Oscar for the documentary "An Inconvenient Truth."

The Gores, who were married on May 19, 1970, at the National Cathedral in Washington, crafted an image as a happily married couple during his eight-year stint as vice president in the 1990s and a presidential candidate in 2000. The couple famously exchanged a long kiss during the 2000 Democratic presidential convention.

The image of their warm relationship stood in sharp contrast to the Clinton marriage rocked by Bill Clinton's affair with White House intern Monica Lewinsky, a scandal that hung over Gore's own presidential campaign.

Al Gore at the time said his wife was "someone I've loved with my whole heart since the night of my high school senior prom."

On Halloween, Al and Tipper Gore would dress up in costume and greet trick-or-treaters who made their way to the vice president's mansion. One year, she was dressed as a puppy and he was dressed as Underdog.

Tipper Gore was a co-founder in 1985 of the Parents Music Resource Center, which pushed for parental warning labels on music with violent or sexually explicit lyrics. The group drew the ire of musicians ranging from Dee Snider of Twisted Sister to Frank Zappa, who said warning labels were unnecessary and a danger to freedom.

Tipper Gore later became friends with the late Zappa's wife, Gail, and played drums and sang backup on daughter Diva Zappa's album in 1999.

The Gores have four adult children, Karenna, Kristin, Sarah and Albert III.

In a letter written to then-girlfriend Tipper as a 17-year-old college freshman, Al Gore wrote: "Mother's having a fit about me riding the motorcycle back to Harvard. Dad's mad at my long hair."

Gore later held his father's former seats in the U.S. House and Senate for 16 years. He first ran for president in 1988 at age 39, but drew little support outside the South.

A subsequent bid in 1992 was derailed after the Gores' 6-year-old son almost died after being hit by a car in 1989.

"It was a very spiritual time for both of us," Tipper Gore later wrote. "In Al's case, he decided to write a book and not to run for president in 1992."

The book was "Earth in the Balance," and Al Gore ended up in the thick of the 1992 campaign anyway — as Bill Clinton's running mate.

Tipper Gore, who has acknowledged treatment for depression after Albert III's accident, is a vocal advocate on mental health issues.
